The central French administration [apparently a group of government
ministries] has decided to install onto not less than 400,000
workstations the office suite OpenOffice 2, between now and 2007.  This
undertaking, considered by Linux.fr to be the largest migration in the
world of Ooo, follows the work of a ministerial taskforce, explains
"L'Adele".
