[HanoiLUG] subscribers vs languages

Hi everybody, or at least english speaking people...

As an administrator of this list I'm seeing people coming in and out and
sometimes I'm wondering if it's because some vietnamese people are
afraid this would be an english only list, probably for foreigners...

So, I propose to split this list into multiple localized lists, one for
each written language. Here it would be something like:
tiengviet at lists.hanoilug.org, francais at lists.hanoilug.org and
english at lists.hanoilug.org.

Off course everybody would be free to subscribe to one or many of this
lists. But each list should use it's dedicated language only.

I know mailman offer a way to manage "topics" or "themes" in a single
list, but I think it may feel to complicated to people unused to it,
using multiple list would be far easier for most people.

What do you think of this idea?
