Ubuntu 7.04, codename "Feisty Fawn", has just been released and
downloading already started at CNF! :-)

I use bittorrent downloading so I help spreading it at the same time.

I you want to do the same, you can use "bittornado" for command-line
mode or "deluge-torrent" for graphical mode. Both of them are able to
pause/resume the downloading.

Here is an example how to use bittornado:
  btdownloadcurses
http://releases.ubuntu.com/7.04/ubuntu-7.04-desktop-i386.iso.torrent

To tune the bandwith sharing, fix the listening (seeding) port for DNAT
purpose or any other option, just check the documentation by running
"man bittorrent-downloader".

BTW, Thunderbird 2.0 has been released too! :)
