Just one precision here about the convention used: it's not that you
WOULD name it using "_vi" but you MUST do it that way to comply with the
ISO 639 normalization for coding languages.

The official ISO 639 2-letters code for Vietnamese is "vi".

Beware this is not the same as the official 2-letters code for Vietnam
which is "VN",  officially specified in ISO 3166.

For developers running Debian/Ubuntu, you may want to install the
"iso-codes" package and then check "dpkg -L iso-codes" and look at what
