The repository on this page has the driver, xorg-driver-fglrx. The
drver from that repo works with my 1600XT. The guy who wrote that has
an M300, so it should works with yours.

I think this repo has the driver alone, without beryl and stuffs:
deb http://nvidia.limitless.lupine.me.uk/ubuntu edgy stable
It has the same key as the one above.
