1. Cong dan ISRAEL lam viec cho cac hang nuoc ngoai, duoc tra luong nhu nhung dong nghiep cua ho tai cac nuoc chu cua du an, neu kha nang cua ho la duoc tuyen vao vi tri nhu vay, nhung cong dan nay co nghia vu dong thue uu dai theo qui dinh cua chinh phu
2. sau 5 nam lam viec cho hang do, nhung cong dan nay neu co du an de trinh chinh phu, ho se duoc chinh phu cap tien de thuc hien du an va duoc moi chuyen gia nuoc ngoai de dam bao du an thanh cong. Duong nhien cac chuyen gia nuoc ngoai duoc moi cung duoc tra luong nhu ho duoc huong luong o nuoc ho de dam bao ho lam viec vi nghe nghiep cho du an do den thanh cong va thuc hien moi nghia vu va cac dieu khoan ky ket trong hop dong
3. Nhung san pham do du an mang lai se duoc thuong pham hoa de co the ap dung trong nuoc hay xuat khau

I agree with you. Both Idian and China are of BRICs but India do have
the language advantage. Indian works well with/for US but it leaves
Japan untouched - for the same root of reasons - Indian are too lazy
to learn a new language .

Again, I totally agree with you.
By far, the most favourite foreign language in Vietnam is English. The
second one is Japanese. The largest software giaint in Vietnam puts
its 80++% effort to Japan so we can tell how many Japanese "speakable"
programmers/SE are in need.

I am new to Hanoilug and don't know how many subscribers here.
