[HanoiLUG] Intel Open Source Center and Software solution wants to meet Hanoi LUG : what are your expectations ?

Government is not always slow and lazy, not by choice at least but it is
a systemic problem.
However in Vietnam I don't think it is possible to do anything without
governement.
By the openlab was completely financed by Intel. The problem is they,
until very recently, haven't open it to a larger public. The HCMC
openlab just open a software development competition with prizes.
My recommendation is to "socialize" (to take Vietnamese Govt recent
lingo) the openlab so more people can use it. Give it back to the people
who will care and manage it. Put it in universities but with a larger
access
