I'm trying to find a suitable time / place / activities for the event.
We have a budget for refreshment during the meeting.

The target is june 11-12. We can easily block the whole morning on the
12. What do you think ? I can work out different time as well. We are
also going toward and interactive discussion

We will also need some translation / coordination work once we get the
agenda and other information set up
