There's now a new online resource we will be able use to convince friends
family or your company to switch to your prefered operating system

You can see there's nothing there, but but, it can happens, look at the 
interesting content you we could have translated and 
adapted to Viet Nam :  http://www.getgnulinux.org/

I've read it and I've found quite simple and straightforward. Exactly what
we need to refer to something simple. No long explanation, just straights facts.

If you are interested and speak vietnamese please join this small project 
There's probably less than 20 hours of translation...
