Its this kind of attitude of just forgetting about it that causes the
problem to continue. I am well aware that Vietnam is one of the
biggest transgressors of spam, however that does need for to accept
it. I used to work for a huge corporate writing algorithms that
prevent spam, so this is a personal crusade of mine.

The sooner Vietnamese companies realise that ISP's  MUST MUST take
action (thanks you WTO) and ban mail the better. FPT will be banning
access to the website for there subscribers (by IP range) Now that
would not of happened if I sat by quietly.
