[ubuntu-vi] new packages on HanoiLUG apt repository

Still for the next "ubuntu-vi" LiveCD, I did some new packaging:

* mozilla-firefox-locale-vi :
- Firefox Vietnamese localization
- work from Jasper Thái
- http://vnoss.net/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=projects:l10n#firefox

* myspell-vi :
- Firefox & OpenOffice.org (through Myspell) Vietnamese spellcheck

The packaging has been done in a very "quick'n'dirty" way this time (no
package source, directly used dpkg-deb), but I'll re-create them in a
more correct way later.

Getting this packaged allows people to install this features very easily
through package management interfaces, and that's the most important for
now.
