Yes, but if you like to have everything updated and are annoyed by the
thought of having a system not fully updated it could be a small
psychological problem ;-)

Well I did'nt tried with internet connection (it takes time to do all
these install tests).

I meant that if a user wants to have other language support, goes into
System>Admin>Language Support and observes that the checkbox next to
English is not checked, he might try several manipulations in order to
get the checkbox checked.

I did it by removing Vietnamese and checking English but, after that I
had "problems" because of course Vietnamese package was uninstalled (see
screen capture) and no default language could be selected, neither
English nor Vietnamese.

One bird in the hand is better than 10 in the sky. If you have time to
fix and have a better revision 3, do it. We may have or have not
different problems with Gutsy...
